If you're interested in a driving career with Bavarian, you must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration.
• Must be at least 21 years of age;
• All driving positions require a Class A or B CDL;
• A valid Medical Card, and waivers if applicable;
• Satisfy an Initial Road Test;
• A Clean MVR that reflects a professional and responsible driver;
• Criminal Background Check;
• The ability to operate power units either with a manual or automatic transmission;
• The ability to be labor intensive, as the position requires two unique skill-sets; one the ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely, and two, the ability to service many stops with or without the assistance of a helper;
• Must be a customer oriented individual who represents the company well with our customer-base;
